  • After clearing Australian Immigration and Customs (approximately 45 minutes after landing), your driver will greet you ( by way of a sign board at ) THE COFFEE CLUB cafe. 
  • The vehicle is just a 3-minute covered walk away.
  • Having retrieved your baggage, please leave the domestic terminal at the Virgin exit.
  • Head over the pedestrian crossing to the 4th lane & the Public passenger pickup/drop off zone.
  • Please stand in ZONE 7 near the YELLOW ramp portal to the skytrain.
  • REPLY TEXT : “arrived“ to +61 49 888 0109.
  • The Black Mercedes people mover or Red Tesla will appear within 3-5 minutes.

International travellers should exit the International Terminal & head to the Domestic Terminal Arrivals Entrance. All passengers cross from this frontage over one pedestrian crossing to the covered public pickup zone. Please text “arrived” to your driver & wait a few minutes for your transfer vehicle to arrive.

Please meet your driver with your name SIGN @ baggage claim in arrivals hall. The vehicle will be parked within a level 2 minute walk.

Domestic / International Departures:

Our service provides all assistance necessary for passengers and their luggage to reach airline check-in.

Domestic Arrivals:

  1. Please meet your driver ( with name board ) at your dedicated Luggage Carousel.
  2. All assistance is given to reach the parked vehicle 3 minutes walk away, in the Chauffeur lane.

International Arrivals:

  1. Please meet your driver ( with name board ) in the Arrivals Hall ( near The Coffee Club Cafe ).
  2. All assistance is given for you & your luggage to reach the parked vehicle, a 3-minute, covered walk away.
  • After clearing Australian Immigration and Customs (approximately 45 minutes after landing), your driver will greet you ( by way of a sign board at ) THE COFFEE CLUB cafe. 
  • The vehicle is just a 3-minute covered walk away.
  • Once you’ve collected your baggage, exit the domestic terminal via the Virgin exit.
  • Cross the pedestrian crossing and head to the 4th lane, where you’ll find the Public Passenger Pickup/Drop-off Zone.
  • Stand in ZONE 7, near the YELLOW ramp portal to the skytrain, and reply “arrived” to your drivers text. 
  • Your Black Mercedes or Red Tesla (or similar) will arrive within 3-5 minutes.

Domestic/International Departures:
* Our service provides assistance with airline check-in for both passengers and luggage.

Domestic Arrivals:
* Follow these steps to meet your transfer in the Chauffeur Lane:
* After collecting your luggage, text “arrived” in reply to your drivers text.
* Exit the Qantas terminal and cross two pedestrian crossings.
* Your Black Mercedes or Red Tesla (or similar) will be waiting, angle-parked on your left, within 3 minutes.

Your driver will greet you by way of a sign board at the Arrivals Hall Coffee Club Cafe. You will be escorted to the vehicle, just a 3-minute covered walk away.

* After exiting the International Terminal, head to the Domestic Terminal Arrivals Entrance
* Cross the pedestrian crossing and enter the covered public pickup zone.
* Text “arrived” in reply to your drivers text and wait for your transfer vehicle to arrive.

Meet your driver at the baggage claim in the arrivals hall, where they’ll be holding a sign with your name. The vehicle will be parked within a 2-minute walk.
